1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before dispatch (except for approved Purchase Orders).
2. Delivery
We deliver nationwide via courier in 2–5 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
3. Returns & Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including lesson plans, ATPs and assessments — is the intellectual property of SG Corp or its licensors. Personal & classroom use is permitted. Resale or commercial redistribution is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
SG Corp's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
